Returns & Exchanges Policy
1. Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Products must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging with tags attached
- Proof of purchase (order number/email confirmation) required
2. How to Return
- Initiate your return at thevionicshoes.com/returns
- Pack items securely (use original box if possible)
- Ship your return via trackable carrier (customer covers return shipping costs)
3. Refunds
- Processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
- Refund issued to original payment method
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
4. Exchanges
For size exchanges:
- Select “Exchange” during return process
- Specify preferred size (subject to availability)
- We’ll ship new item once original is received
5. Non-Returnable Items
Cannot be returned:
- Worn or damaged items
- Final sale items (marked “SALE” or “CLEARANCE”)
- Gift cards
6. Defective Products
If you receive a defective item:
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery
- Provide photos/video of defect
- We’ll cover return shipping for replacement/refund
7. International Returns
Customers outside Canada:
- Responsible for return shipping and customs fees
- Refunds processed in CAD (currency conversion fees may apply)
