Returns & Exchanges Policy

1. Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Products must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging with tags attached
  • Proof of purchase (order number/email confirmation) required

2. How to Return

  1. Initiate your return at thevionicshoes.com/returns
  2. Pack items securely (use original box if possible)
  3. Ship your return via trackable carrier (customer covers return shipping costs)

3. Refunds

  • Processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund issued to original payment method
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

4. Exchanges

For size exchanges:

  1. Select “Exchange” during return process
  2. Specify preferred size (subject to availability)
  3. We’ll ship new item once original is received

5. Non-Returnable Items

Cannot be returned:

  • Worn or damaged items
  • Final sale items (marked “SALE” or “CLEARANCE”)
  • Gift cards

6. Defective Products

If you receive a defective item:

  1. Contact us within 14 days of delivery
  2. Provide photos/video of defect
  3. We’ll cover return shipping for replacement/refund

7. International Returns

Customers outside Canada:

  • Responsible for return shipping and customs fees
  • Refunds processed in CAD (currency conversion fees may apply)
